This is a role for people who want to progress their careers in the expanding and fast-paced field of Digital Analytics. You will have the opportunity to work with large data sets, exciting technologies, and global clients. You will be part of our talented analysts’ team to build solutions and provide insights for our clients’ online performance.

Indicative areas of responsibility: Data extraction, data manipulation, reporting, ad hoc analysis, data insights, and data process automation.

The role is based in Thessaloniki, Greece. For this position, we operate in a hybrid, office-first model (at least 3 days/week at the office).

Requirements

Required skills and experience

• A University degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Informatics, Economics etc.)
• Strong analytical skills and eye for detail
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.
• Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) Certified
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI) and/or programming languages (e.g. Python, SQL)
• Great verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to provide timely and error-free deliverables
• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Self-motivated with a constant drive for improvement

Desired skills

• Up to 3 years of professional experience in an analytical role
• MSc or MOOC Certification in Digital Analytics / Data Science
• Familiarity with AI tools e.g. ChatGPT, Code Interpreter, Custom GPTs

Required skills and experience (on top of the Entry-Mid level)

• A minimum 3 years of professional experience in an analytics role
• Work experience with BI tools (Power BI) and/or programming languages (e.g. Python, SQL)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimum supervision
• Ability to work alone as well as a part of a team
• Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects without compromising quality
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Desired skills

• Work experience with Digital Marketing and Web Analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
• Previous experience in an international work environment
• Previous experience in team or project leading
• Proved Experience with AI tools e.g. ChatGPT, Code Interpreter, Custom GPTs
