• Provide detailed information about Grecotel Hotels amp; Resorts accommodations, amenities, and special offers
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer queries and concerns
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
