Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the strategic business impact of Internal Coaching.
- Facilitate coaching training, empowering developers to coach their less senior colleagues.
- Ensure the effectiveness of coaches through continuous support and assessment mechanisms.
- Focus on soft skills training and coaching for all professionals.
- Effectively intervene in challenging cases, promoting team effectiveness.
- Implement engagement strategies and team activities.
- Follow up on KPIsand metrics for professionals' engagement and development.
- Build trustful relationships with professionals, leaders, and stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of proven experience as an internal coach or in relevant people development roles, preferably in a tech environment.
- Advanced skills in 1-1 and team coaching.
- Strong understanding of core soft skills in a business environment.
- Experience in facilitating soft skills training/workshops.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor and/or MBA to a relevant field of coaching, psychology, organizational psychology
- Certification in professional coaching (e.g., ICF, ICA) is a plus.
