The Hotel Concierge plays a crucial role in ensuring that guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay by providing personalized assistance and recommendations. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a deep knowledge of the local area.

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel's facilities and services.
• Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to guests regarding local attractions, restaurants, transportation, and other services.
• Make reservations for guests and arrange for transportation, tours, and other activities.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and effectively.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints or issues, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and requests.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Concierge or similar role in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of the local area and attractions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluent in English and Greek, additional languages a plus.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays.
