Job Description

This role is responsible for supporting various aspects of internal culture development, employee communications, and corporate events management. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for fostering a positive and engaging work environment.

Key responsibilities:

Employee Surveys amp; Feedback Sources:

  • Assist in the development and distribution of employee surveys to gather feedback on various aspects of company culture, employee engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze survey data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement action plans based on survey results.

Internal Communications amp; Communication Channels:

  • Support the creation and dissemination of internal communications, including emails, newsletters, and announcements, to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Manage communication channels such as intranet, Meta, or other internal platforms to ensure information is easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Monitor employee feedback and questions through communication channels, responding promptly and directing inquiries to the appropriate resources when necessary.

Corporate Events Management:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events such as town halls, team-building activities, holiday parties, and employee recognition ceremonies.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, invitations, RSVP tracking, and onsite coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure events align with company culture and objectives.

Culture Development Support:

  • Support initiatives aimed at promoting and enhancing company culture, values, and employee engagement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of programs, initiatives, and activities that foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with other HR Excellence Centers and leadership to identify opportunities for cultural improvements and employee development.
  • Provide administrative support to the Culture amp; Communications team, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining documentation.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense management related to culture and communications initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey messages clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication platforms and survey tools.
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm for promoting company culture, and a willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
