GEK TERNA GROUP is currently looking for a Microsoft Azure amp; O365 Systems Engineer

Microsoft Azure amp; O365 Systems Engineer will have a diverse role, providing proactive administration and management on the cloud platform as well as playing a pivotal role in the implementation and delivery of new projects within the Group.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure and maintain Microsoft Azure amp; O365 services and associated systems
• Automate the set up and deployment of Azure Information Protection
• Collaborate with Security and Cloud architecture teams to design the implementation of Azure Information Protection in the Group
• Design, implement and support Microsoft-based cloud environments within Group’s networks
• Implement and administer Microsoft O365 and Azure cloud infrastructure
• Support O365 email migrations
• Evaluate O365 capabilities, make recommendations for leveraging new features and assist with user adoption
• Troubleshoot O365 issues including connectivity and mobility
• Provide training, briefing, guidance to users on O365 and related tools functionalities
• Guide and maximize the usages of all the O365 tools in business environment
• Maintain all aspects of the office technology environment including PC/laptop/tablet/phone configuration, deployment, maintenance and application management
• Work directly with staff in identifying technical issues and providing rapid and effective response to their help desk requests

Requirements:

• BSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technical field
• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure / O365
• Knowledge of Azure AD and Exchange Online administration experience / O365 and SharePoint Online administration experience
• Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Windows server administration
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and O365 Groups architecture
• Working with internet protocols (TCP/UDP, OSI model etc.)
• High degree of technical knowledge of relevant architectures
• Experience in increasing levels of technical knowledge and exposure to Microsoft based cloud technologies including: Azure, Active Directory, Intune, SharePoint, Teams and RDS
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualize processes and outcomes
• Hands-on experience working with large and complex matrix structures
• Excellent command of the English language (oral, written)
