Job Description

In NATECH, we are looking for a passionate Front Office Specialist to join our team in Ioannina premises!

The Role

The Front Office Specialist handles a variety of support to external and internal stakeholders with the aim to enhance experience. The job holder reports to the Chief Operations Officer and cooperates with the leaders of each department.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Visitors’ management via physical contact, telephone, and email.
  • Switchboard operations and security procedures.
  • Correspondence distribution, and filling.
  • Administrative support to departmental heads.
  • Orders for office supplies.
  • Company events support.
  • Business trips handling.

Requirements

Skills Required

  • 1-3 years of experience in same position of a multinational firm.
  • Proven experience in using MS Office applications and Internet.
  • Experience in cooperating with stakeholders of different level and culture.
