More particularly:
What you will do:
- Monitor all basic steps of the production process, guiding the operations and daily reporting to the Production Senior Manager.
- Ensuring the quality, safety, productivity, and housekeeping of the production area.
- Monitor and prioritize workflow of production to meet deadlines.
- Takes initiatives or participates in actions aimed at improving productivity and reducing production costs.
- Proposes corrective and improvement actions related to production processes and HSE.
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
- Follows and controls the implementation of written procedures and instructions cGMP’s ensuring the quality of the product.
- Contribute in the preparation of manufacturing documents (batch manufacturing records)
- Commitment to achieving qualitative and quantitative goals
- Participate in Production team meetings
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
BSc in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or relevant field
Minimum Experience
2 3 years of experience in a relevant position within the pharmaceutical industry
Job-Specific Skills
- Competent in English and PC (MS office amp; ERP)
- Ability to work on shifts and/or weekends
- Troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects and meet timelines
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities
- Critical thinking
- Excellent communication and team management skills
