You will be reporting to: Managing Director

What you will do:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Specialist to implement all HR processes in Kärcher Greece and ensure the efficiency of the HR, achieving a high-level internal customer satisfaction.

More specifically, the candidate will:

  • Provide HR support to the Managing Director and Managers in Kärcher Greece.
  • Collaborate with the Regional HR manager participating in improvement projects, contributing with ideas and best practices within the Region.
  • Lead and coordinate the recruitment processes in cooperation with the respective Manager aligned in the local recruitment process.
  • Coordinate the induction plans for the new hires and follow-up each individual to guarantee the right quality, content and finalisation of the process.
  • Analyse the training needs and coordinate the implementation of the approved plan.
  • Identify the internal talent and coordinate their development and possibilities of career paths and growth in the company.
  • Collaborate in the fulfilment of all the labour aspects and legal topics HR in coordination with MD and Finance amp; Administration director.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in siness dministration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in human resources will be considered an asset
  • Experienced user in talent management systems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
