ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is seeking for a Digital Project Manager.
Location: Thessaloniki (City Center)
Working Model: On-site , Working Hours: Fixed hours (10.00 - 18.00)
You will be reporting to: Head of Development
What you will do:
After the successful agreement for a project, you will be taking over, driving your web development team (usually up to 4 Developers), to ensure that all digital project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track amp; within budget. Projects will be E-Shops amp; websites and our client works heavily with WordPress and OpenCart.
More specifically, you will be:
- Acting as point of contact for the clients’ feedback, including implementation feedback, requests for enhancement, reporting of issues
- Analyzing and ensuring the successful completion of short-term and long-term goals
- Communicating effectively possible project changes to internal teams amp; client
- Conducting review of multiple projects and creating detailed reports for senior members of the firm
- Ensuring resource availability and allocation. Delegate project tasks based on individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
- Meeting with clients to understand their project goals and requirements, confirming alignment of expectations between agency amp; clients
- Planning, establishing, and managing project scope
- Monitoring project progress, identify potential risks and deliver reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science will be preferred
- 2+ years of relevant working experience in a Digital Marketing agency is required
- Knowledge of WordPress , OpenCart or other CMS
- Knowledge of Web services (REST SOAP / XML) APIs, Integrations with ERP
- Previous experience with eCommerce platforms and web development would be highly preferred
- Understanding of Agile project management methodologies and tools (agile, scrum amp; kanban)
- Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills
- Excellent English, written and verbal communication
