Within this framework, we are looking for a highly motivated "Project Back-office Administrator to join INTRACOM TELECOM.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and assign work orders to Field Workers
  • Approve work and deliverables of Field Workers
  • Follow-up of Materials’ delivery to Field Workers and their inventory monitoring
  • Monitor progress during the entire life-cycle of each work order (site survey data upload, allowance for construction, construction, as-built documentation upload, site acceptance)
  • Feed deliverables into the WFM Tool
  • Close any open issues in WFM tool after work orders’ completion

Requirements

  • Technological Education Institute Degree
  • 1-2 years of related working experience

    Nice to have
  • Experience in Telecommunications projects
  • Experience in Fiber optic networks
  • Proven experience as an operator
