ManpowerGroup Greece is growing and seeking a dedicated, collaborative HR professional with a passion for recruitment, to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant within our Temporary and Permanent Placement Branch.
Location: Athens, Ampelokipoi
Working Model: Hybrid
You will be reporting to: Recruitment Manager or Team Leader
What you will do:
You'll attract candidates by drafting advertising copy for use in a range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals. You'll screen candidates, interview them, run background checks and finally match them to clients.
What does a typical day as a ManpowerGroup Recruitment Consultant look like :
- Gain a deep understanding of clients’ needs for recruitment
- Create job posts for use in a range of media, as well as networking, headhunting and through referrals
- Source and attract candidates by using various channels: ManpowerGroup database (ATS), LinkedIn, career offices, job fairs, references etc
- Conduct interviews on a daily basis (Phone/F2F/Virtually)
- Use our Manpower methodology and tools to screen candidates, interview them, do background checks and match them with the needs of our clients
- Advise both clients and candidates on employment conditions, salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities
- Detect avenues of business development with existing clients
- Meet monthly and annual targets within strict deadlines
Requirements
Who You Need to Be to Fit this Role :
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- University degree in Business Administration, Social Science or relevant field
- Master’s degree in HR will be considered an asset
- Excellent command of the English Language (oral and written)
- A proven high performer, driven, with high energy levels
- Customer focused and target-oriented
- Commitment to provide excellent quality work and build client relationships
- Strong teamwork skills
