ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of it’s client, is seeking anHR Officer.

Our client specializes in large-scale engineering and infrastructure projects and is one the leading contractors in the construction industry with a strong presence in marine works, civil engineering, industrial construction, and oil and gas infrastructure.

Location: Koropi, Athens/Greece

Working Model: On Site

You will be reporting to: HR Infrastructure and Systems Supervisor

What you will do:

The position necessitates knowledge of HR systems alongside a broad understanding of various Human Resources functions. Responsibilities encompass overseeing HR systems, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and orchestrating the execution of human resources initiatives.

More specifically the selected candidate will:

  • Work with user groups in the HR to define information needs and sources
  • Apply HR processes into the company’s business process mapping software, by implementing into the system new processes or updating existing ones as guided by other senior HR team members
  • Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support strategic decision-making, workforce planning, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor the implementation of changes in employee reporting lines
  • Contribute to the design of employee grading system
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders and IT professionals to identify system improvements, implement upgrades, and integrate new functionalities to meet evolving business needs.
  • Monitor the implementation and smooth operation of the HR systems

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as an HR Systems Analyst, Business Consultant, HR Consultant or a similar role
  • University degree in Business Administration/Information Technology or a relevant field
  • MBA in HRM would be considered a plus
  • Experience in performance management/appraisal systems
  • Strong knowledge of reporting and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI)
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
