About this role

As an Account Coordinator, you will be in daily contact with the professionals we partner up with in various Home Services categories, with the purpose of achieving the best possible quality of service for our customers. To achieve this, you will have to act as their personal coach by monitoring their daily performance and by empowering them to be their best version, leveraging a multitude of quantitative and qualitative data. Think of yourself as a football coach. The data you get, combined with your analysis and your communication skills will enable your Home Services categories to excel.

This position is very crucial as our customer service depends on the quality of service that our partner professionals provide to our customers. For this reason we offer a competitive salary and unlimited potential for growth within the organisation.

Requirements

  • Highly proficient in spoken and written Greek.
