Responsibilities:

- Client Collaboration: Act as the conduit between innovative solutions and a diverse clientele. Provide post-implementation support with the seamless communication expected from an Atlassian expert.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Hold a University Degree, preferably in IT or Engineering, as a testament to your academic excellence.
- Professional Experience: Bring 3-5 years of expertise in implementing and managing IT projects, with a preference for CRM, BPM, or ERP solutions.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrate a keen understanding of requirements analysis, business analysis, and process improvement. Your ability to decompose and solve problems sets you apart.
- Communication Mastery: Fluent in Greek and English, you excel in conveying ideas clearly and effectively, making you the go-to contact for our valued customers.
- Organisational Wizardry: Your excellent time management and organisational skills ensure smooth project execution.
- Team Coordination: Showcase your proven ability to coordinate and manage teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
Nice to Have:
- Atlassian Proficiency: Experience with Atlassian products, especially Jira and Confluence, showcases your adaptability and expertise
- Agile Know-How: Knowledge in Agile project management methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban is highly appreciated
- ITIL Insight: Familiarity with ITIL or IT service desk practices adds a valuable dimension to your skill set.
