We are looking for a Junior IT Network Engineer who will provide support to design, deploy, and configure proof-of-concept and prototype infrastructure environments. Services provided will include troubleshooting, network designs, implementation, and other related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining network infrastructure to support a variety of projects,
- Monitoring network infrastructure and performing relevant troubleshooting,
- Collaborating with other team members to maintain network solutions in a cross-functional environment that includes interoperable systems, applications, and platforms,
- Communicating with vendors and other IT personnel to resolve issues,
- Engaging in networking deployment activities both locally and virtually,
- Troubleshooting on-site or remotely.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Telecoms, or equivalent field,
- A minimum of one year of experience in routing and switching, with knowledge of Enterprise WAN and Data Center technologies,
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of IP routing including TCP/IP and routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF),
- Experience with network management and monitoring tools,
- Certification in industry certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent Knowledge) will be considered as a plus,
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
