KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls and emails, targeting to expand the quality and number of Merchants in Greece.
- Provide support to all sales functions.
- Communicate via phone/email or video conference with small to medium businesses and upsell new payment products and services on a daily basis.
- Generate leads and route qualified opportunities to the Field Sales and Key Account Management teams for further development, targeting to increase sales.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition and industry developments.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
Requirements
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing. If any professional training in Sales, it will be considered a plus.
- Up to 2 years of experience in sales support, telesales, call centers, lead generation, ideally in financial, banking or insurance products. Mostly targeting small to medium businesses and retailers.
- Prior knowledge of Gift Card, Prepaid, Issuing, Acquiring Gaming or e-commerce products will be considered a plus.
- Fluency in English (oral and writing skills).
- Must have legal right to work in the EU.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
