WINGS ICT Solutions is looking for a experienced SQL Developer to join our team and contribute to upcoming projects. The main responsibilities will involve:
- Development, implementation and optimization of stored procedures and functions using T-SQL
- Building of appropriate and useful reporting deliverables
- Suggesting and developing new queries
- Development of procedures and scripts for data migration/transfer
- Provision of timely scheduled management reporting
- Development of high-quality database solutions
- Review and interpretation of ongoing business report requirements
- Analysis of existing SQL queries for performance improvements
- Research required data
Requirements
Educational requirements:
- BSc / MSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information and Communications Technologies, Electrical amp; Computer Engineering or equivalent
Desired experience:
- At least 3 years of experience as a SQL Developer or similar role
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft SQL Server
- Knowledge of SQL Server programming
- Working with XML data files, flat files, and relational data sources
- Working with external data sources and API
- Working experience in Data Warehousing
- Good T-SQL/SQL knowledge
Desired but not mandatory:
- working experience in Microsoft tools e.g., SSIS, SSAS and SSRS
Other qualifications:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Fluent in Greek and English Language
- Communicational skills and team working attitude
- Analytics capabilities and attitude to problem solving
- Team motivation
