WINGS ICT Solutions is looking for experienced IT Business Analysts to join our growing team, that will also be able to guide the technical team. The main responsibilities will involve:
- Prepare and organize workshops for gathering business requirements, cooperating efficiently with all relevant stakeholders and conducting requirement workshop;
- Understand client's problems and needs and prepare user stories;
- Performing impact and gap analysis and analyzing the business case;
- Participate in agile team meetings such as daily stand ups, sprint planning and retrospectives, working with multiple teams to bridge the gap between business problems and technical solution;
- Offer suggestions and recommendations, create solution design and communicate it to the business users;
- Eliciting, Analyzing, and Documenting technical and business requirements;
- Mapping processes and use cases; and
- Guiding the technical teams and vendor teams, if applicable.
Requirements
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Engineering. Relative postgraduate degree will be considered an asset.
Desired experience:
- At least 1 year experience for Junior Level and at least 3 years of experience for Senior Level in IT Business Analysis
- Thorough understanding of webservices, DB schemas and interconnections between systems of different technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Ability to write up functional analysis documents and technical design documents
- Solid understanding of technical requirements
