As an Industrial Operations Project anager you will act as liaison with internal / external clients in order to coordinate and you will oversee the initiatives/projects and facilitation of meeting governance to ensure planned delivery of the above.
More particularly:
What you’ll do:
- Ensure close monitoring of projects/initiatives
- Act as liaison person between internal and external customers (as required)
- Ensure that all projects’ timelines are met based on clients’ requirements and needs.
- Interact with the relevant departments and ensure that are provided with the correct information
- Interact and inform the relevant departments about the clients’ requirements.
- Communicate with the clients in order to cover any technical requests, as well as ensure that the progress of the project proceeds smoothly.
- Prepare and update reports for projects needs
- Monitor of projects timelines
- Promote a culture of collaboration and adaptability within the site
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- BSc, B.Eng. in Chemistry, Engineering, management, project management or relevant field
Minimum Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in a similar role is considered an asset

- Excellent communication in English language (writing amp; speaking)
- Great organizational skills
- Computer literacy
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems, analyze data, and develop data-driven solutions.
- Technology savvy
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations and compliance is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects and meet timelines
