Proposals Engineer

We are seeking a Business Development / Proposals Engineer to join our team. As the BD/P Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the entire proposal process from acquisition of tender documents to finalization of selling price. You will work closely with our clients, internal teams, and partners/subcontractors to ensure that our proposals meet client requirements and are competitive in the market.

Responsibilities

• Acquisition of Tender Documents, review scope and preparation of clarifications
• Attend clarification meetings with Client
• Presentation of Scope of Works to ENOIA Disciplines
• Coordination between Disciplines for the Proposal Preparation
• Coordination with partners or subcontractors if applicable
• Technical proposal preparation and finalization of selling price
• Presenting and supporting proposal to the Client
• In Charge of Technical and Commercial Clarifications
• Contract Review and Negotiations
• Project Handover to Project Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in managing and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Ability to understand technical specifications and drawings
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Experience in contract review and negotiations
