Job Description

Our team has partnered with one of the largest telecom providers, and we are actively seeking for a Technical Account Manager to join a vibrant Enterprise Solutions and Presales team.

Your Mission: Work as the technical guru to collaborate closely with the existing and prospective clients to forge relationships that propel them towards their technological aspirations, navigating and conquering technical challenges along the way.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive and expedite existing enterprise solution opportunities while paving the way for new ventures, establishing enduring collaborations with our valued business customers.
  • Showcase solutions, discern customer requirements, guide proposal creation, contribute to technical descriptions, pricing, contract negotiations, and oversee implementation, maintaining a fruitful relationship throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Shoulder full technical responsibility individually or by leading internal or partner teams to unearth the optimal tech solutions for our large enterprise customers, addressing their business challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical expertise in SD1, FireWalls, IoT, Cybersecurity, Systems Security, and Cloud/Data Centers.
  • Previous experience as a solution architect is a valuable asset.
