Mar-Bella Collection is currently seeking a talented and experienced Communication Manager to join our team. As a Communication Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies for our company, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across various channels both internally and externally.

• Develop and implement overall communication strategies and plans
• Create and edit content for various communication channels (website, social media, newsletters, press releases, etc.)
• Manage and coordinate internal communication efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and effective employee engagement
• Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers
• Monitor and analyze communication campaign performance and adapt strategies as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of communication efforts with overall company objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations or related field
• Proven work experience in communication management, public relations, or related roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong copywriting and editing skills
• Experience in managing communication campaigns across various channels
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
