WINGS ICT Solution is looking for an experienced functional analyst . In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, QA team and project managers, to define and document functional requirements, analyze processes, and ensure that systems and applications meet business objectives.
To ensure success as a functional analyst should have in-depth knowledge of functional analysis process and demonstrate team leading skills.
Requirements
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or Information Technology.
- Relative postgraduate degree will be considered an asset.
Required experience:
- At least 5 years of functional analyst experience in Banking Sector and/or Business Process Management systems preferably in lending automation system
- Experience in the analysis and documentation of functional requirements, including business processes, user stories, and use cases
- Experience in using business process modeling techniques and tools, such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
- Understanding of data analysis techniques and tools can be valuable
Other qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English and Greek) are vital for documenting requirements, conveying information to stakeholders, and facilitating collaboration between business and technical teams.
- Native or fluent Greek, oral and written
- Agility, enthusiasm, and self-motivation
- Effective time management amp; prioritization
- Initiative, strong sense of accountability and ownership of action
- Candidate must be able to work independently or within a team environment
