Ella Hotels and Resorts is a renowned hospitality management company, dedicated to providing exceptional experiences to our guests. As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition amp; Lamp;D Specialist.
Job Summary:
As a Talent Acquisition amp; Lamp;D Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting, hiring, and developing top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, as well as designing and implementing learning and development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Develops blended learning programs and methods (on the job, classroom, online, coaching)
- Facilitates on boarding training sessions and monitors new hires progress
- Develops job aids, training guides and participant materials according to business needs
- Conducts training programs for employees and management
- Develops career paths and succession planning in conjunction with talent management processes
- Prepares monthly training calendars and other communication materials to promote the Lamp;D activities
- Identifies, train, and instruct teams of departmental trainers to ensure all employees receive sound job skills training
- Evaluates the success of training programs and measure their effectiveness (ROI)
- Facilitates the performance management cycle and process
- Ensures compliance with mandatory, health and safety training requirements
- Provides decision support to the HR Director via training metrics and reports
- Manages ATS and Training platform
- Drafts job descriptions and job profiles
- Drafts and publishes job ads in various portals
- Sources candidates by using a variety of search methods databases, employment forums, social media
- Collaborates with hiring managers for departmental staffing requirements
- Trains hiring managers on interviewing techniques
- Conducts interviews, screen applicants and build a network of potential employees (high volume)
- Assesses applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best fit open positions
- Organizes open days in destination hotels and participate in career days and career fair events in Athens and destination areas
- Ensures all new start documentation is completed in a timely manner through utilization of the recruitment platform
- Liaises and follow-up directly with all applicants
- Provides decision support to the HR Director through hiring metrics and reports
- Ensures legal compliance throughout entire recruitment cycle
Requirements
- 3+ years proven experience in talent acquisition and learning and development roles preferably in Hospitality Industry
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and methodologies
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills
