ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf ofit’s client, is seeking for a Junior Helpdesk Coordinator.
On behalf of our client, a well-known and leading software and services provider in the financial, retail and hospitality sectors, is looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator.
Location: Gerakas, Athens, Greece
Working model: Hybrid (a few days on premise per week)
You will be reporting to the Services Country Manager
What you will do:
You will be the point of contact of key clients, from the moment they report an incident through to its resolution, managing all aspects of customer service delivery.
More specifically you will be:
- Providing analysis and actions that lead to improved customer satisfaction, service loyalty and profitability.
- Collaborate with internal SW Engineering amp; Field Support teams
- Providing general support and/or support for specific accounts to the client’s Engineering team.
- Understanding of service systems, functions, policies and specifics of customer contracts used to resolve customer situations.
- Creating and presenting sales proposals, demonstration, testing and PoC proposals.
- Actively participate in the pricing/presales process.
Requirements
- Technical/Vocational certification or High School diploma, related to Technology / Computer Science
- 0-1 years of related experience, in Technical Support related roles
- Ability to understand the lifecycle of Technical Services (from reporting to final fix)
- Demonstrated proficiencies with Microsoft Office Suite software; you will be working a lot with Outlook and Excel (Tables, Filters, basic Graphs)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, time management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in Greek and English (written and oral)
