As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent for our organization. You will work closely with the recruitment team to proactively source and attract candidates through various channels, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Your expertise in researching, networking, and building relationships will contribute to the success of our talent acquisition efforts.
Responsibilities
- Executing local talent acquisition strategy;
- Building relationships with high potential talent for current and future campaigns with a key focus on DEI (Diversity, Equity amp; Inclusion);
- Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions;
- Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events;
- Develop long-term relationships with past and potential candidates;
- Manage respective candidate pools to ensure that qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities;
- Design and updaterecruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.);
- Building relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders;
- Identifying roadblocks and proactively escalating them;
- Focusing on enhancing a great Candidate Experience;
- Deliver regular reporting to the TA team and leaders to outlines sourcing success;
- Connecting and collaborating with 3rd party suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance under the scope of each attraction;
- Communicate market intelligence trends and data to the team and wider stakeholders;
- Being a reliable partner for Hiring Managers (advising and consulting the Hiring Managers regarding the market, pipeline, workforce planning, job functions, interview processes, Candidate Experience);
- Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry.
Requirements
- A BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field;
- At least 1-2 years proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role;
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations;
- Familiarity with social media, ATSs and professional networks will be considered an asset;
- Excellent verbal and written communication amp; presentation skills on both Greek amp; English language;
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills;
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver;
- A positive, can do attitude.
