What You Will Be Doing:

We are looking for a Technical Support amp; QA Specialist to join our team, to ensure that we deliver strong and reliable solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer technical support on reported issues.
  • Prepare technical reports.
  • Execute test cases to verify system meets technical requirements.
  • Record defects and re-test when resolved.
  • Monitor systems on a standby rotation.

Personal skills we are looking for:

  • Speak and write fluently in English.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of audio/music software applications
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Solid organizational skills and focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.

Requirements

  • University/College/VTI (IEK) degree or equivalent.
  • Being familiar with, or highly interested and self-motivated to learn about:
    • Digital signal processing.
    • Streaming.
