What You Will Be Doing:
We are looking for a Technical Support amp; QA Specialist to join our team, to ensure that we deliver strong and reliable solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer technical support on reported issues.
- Prepare technical reports.
- Execute test cases to verify system meets technical requirements.
- Record defects and re-test when resolved.
- Monitor systems on a standby rotation.
Personal skills we are looking for:
- Speak and write fluently in English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of audio/music software applications
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Solid organizational skills and focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team.
Requirements
- University/College/VTI (IEK) degree or equivalent.
- Being familiar with, or highly interested and self-motivated to learn about:
- Digital signal processing.
- Streaming.
