We are developing a platform that allows cross-border trading. TPL connects its customers with new and existing sources of demand for their products, including e-commerce marketplaces, such as Amazon etc as well as digital marketing channels, such as Google, Facebook and Bing. Since 2017 we have gone one step further creating a 3PL service to support our customers and help them deliver their products internationally hassle free via our flexible, cloud-based platform.

We are looking for ..

Sales - Procurment Senior Manager

A full-time employee to join our Business Development Team. The Procurement Senior Manager is responsible to generate leads, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships with suppliers to optimize the organization's supply chain. Mandatory knowledge of Marketing and Sales principles as well as expirience in similar position for at least FIVE (5) years.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and foster relationships with key suppliers to secure strategic partnerships for essential products/services
  • Contract Management: Supervise contract execution and strategic projects, ensuring favorable terms for the company
  • Procurement Strategies: Implement effective procurement strategies to guarantee timely product/service delivery, emphasizing sustainability
  • Budget Management: Develop and oversee the annual procurement forecast, purchasing plan, and budget
  • Cost Analysis amp; Improvement: Evaluate Products amp; Services costs and KPIs, comparing them to budget, forecasts, and previous year's data, and recommend improvements
  • Monitor inventory levels of construction materials and track orders to ensure timely delivery and avoid shortages or excess stock.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in the industry.
  • Organizing sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines
  • Cold calling outbound leads
  • Coordinating client meetings by managing schedules, filing important documents such as meeting minutes and communicating relevant information

Requirements

  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or relevant field
  • At least 5 years experience in procurement preferable from purchasing/buying department of Tier1 retailer
  • Solid procurement knowledge with excellent negotiation and team management skills, able to oversee staff members
  • Manage OPEX and control substantial budgets
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align Procurement strategies with overall business objectives
  • Excellent negotiation,communication and pitching skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent user of Greek and English Language (Written and Spoken)
  • Driver's license and ability to commute for external meetings
  • Attention to detail
  • Military Obligations must be completed.
