Looking for the ideal candidate

We are in search of a passionate Personal amp; HR Assistant who is eager to fully engage in the day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • External amp; internal communications management (calls, emails, mail, claims, etc.)
  • Organization and arrangements of meetings and interviews
  • Travel arrangements for business trips
  • Company events arrangements
  • Customers’ amp; associates’ reception
  • Translation from Greek to English and Vice Versa of documents with relevant guidelines
  • Collection of data and development of follow-up reports regarding expenses
  • Physical and electronic filing
  • Office supplies management
  • Management and follow-up of daily tasks concerning customers, partners and colleagues
  • Updated contact lists
  • HR Support:
    • Organization of interviews
    • Replies to candidates
    • Job offers
    • Employee requests
    • Co-operation with HR Business Partner
    • Co-operation with external recruiters
    • Collection and/or preparation of hiring documents
    • Development and follow up of relevant HR database
