Job Description

LMWis currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Operations Assistantto join our dynamic and fast-paced team. The role will be based at the company's headquarters in Athens.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft employment contracts
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and providing support as needed
  • Complete hiring process (contact employees, document collection and check, relevant reporting)
  • Assist with the preparation of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and performance evaluations
  • Provide support to customers regarding the HR services and resolve their inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
  • Amendment of employment contracts due to salary, workplace, and schedule changes. Submission of the relevant modifications to RGANI System
  • Handle all Legal administrative support responsibilities, including to answering calls, printing, copying and distribution of documents
  • Stay informed about labour laws and employment regulations
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
  • Perform back office duties-organize relevant information in Excel files, set proper reminders, conduct filing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of global HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in English
