We are currently seeking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Human Resources department and administer our full-cycle recruiting. This position is based in Athens.
The role reports to the Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Plan interview and selection procedures for various department staffing needs; CV screening, phone screening, interviewing, shortlisting
- Build a strong talent pool by targeting candidates through various sourcing channels
- Maintain an excellent candidate experience from initial screening to offer stage
- Foster long-term relationships with new and past applicants to sustain talent pipelines for future needs
- Design job descriptions that reflect each position's requirements
- Organize and attend job fairs and events
- Perform the hiring process
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Psychology or relevant field
- 1 year of experience in a Talent Acquisition related role
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System. Knowledge of Workable will be considered a plus.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
- Self-motivated amp; results driven with ability to cope with timelines
- Customer oriented approach, flexibility amp; perseverance
