The Reservations Agent will be responsible for providing impeccable customer service to guests seeking to book their stay at one of Grecotel's luxury hotels and resorts. Responsibilities
- Answer inquiries from guests via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
- Process reservations requests with exceptional attention to detail.
- Update and maintain accurate guest information in the Grecotel reservation system.
- Monitor and maintain room availability information for each hotel and resort.
- Provide guests with recommendations for additional services and amenities as required.
- Ensure that guest complaints and requests are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide guests with a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a reservations agent or related customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both Greek and English languages, written and spoken.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
