As a Remuneration amp; HR Operations Associate your call is to implement our People strategy, to ensure people’s readiness to face today’s business goals and future challenges. You will report to the Remuneration amp; HR Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Handle the preboarding and onboarding procedure;
- Monitor and data entry to HR Systems amp; maintain employee records;
- Act as a contact point for employees, providing guidance and support;
- Drive the HR Operations processes (HR Reports, overtime work, ERGANI reports, leaves, and absences);
- Revamp HR Operations policies amp; processes;
- Ensure amp; maintain legal compliance and updates (GDPR, labor law);
- Participate in various HR projects;
- Provide support to the benefits’ administration process.
Requirements
- BSc / MSc in Human Resources or relevant field;
- Previous relevant experience 2 - 4 years;
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint etc.);
- Excellent written and verbal communication amp; presentation skills in both Greek and English language;
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Creative mindset and problem solving skills;
- Experienced with HR metrics;
- A positive, can do attitude and proactiveness;
- Previous experience with HR Systems (BambooHR, Workable).
