Job Description

LMWis seeking for an enthusiastic and versatile Talent Acquisition Officer to join our dynamic and fast-paced team.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top-tier talent for our diverse portfolio of clients.

As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and build strong relationships with candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Involve actively end to end in recruiting process
  • Cover recruiting needs effectively and efficiently by conducting interviews
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
  • Update and organize candidate data, maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the database
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidates' data, track recruitment metrics, and ensure compliance with hiring regulations
  • Use social and professional networking sites to source candidates
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
  • Contribute to the implementation of new HR processes
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to build a robust talent pipeline
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Officer or in a similar HR agency role within the HR field.
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master's Degree in Business, Human Resourse Management ora related field
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and best practices, with a focus on agency-specific methodologies
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, CRM)
