FlexCar is growing rapidly and we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Athens, Greece. The Project Manager will play a key role in driving the successful execution of projects at FlexCar, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meeting all quality standards.

Position Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing operation projects at FlexCar. This includes defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, as well as managing all resources, budgets, and timelines. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and alignment with company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management
- Create and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met
- Identify and manage risks and issues, and develop contingency plans
- Communicate project updates and statuses to stakeholders and senior management
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Lead project meetings, facilitating discussions and decision-making
- Drive the successful completion and closure of projects, ensuring that all objectives and deliverables are met
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proven experience in successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
