We are looking for the right candidate who will fill the position of Trainer.

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for our employees
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop customized training solutions.
• Coordinate and prepare educational spaces, holding seminars and events.
• Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
• Updates the file of training participants
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and impactful.

Requirements

• BS degree in Education, Training, HR, or a related field
• 3 years of experience as a Trainer, of which 1 in conducting and organizing training programs
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
