Energy Aspects currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Machine Learning Engineer to join the Data team, based out of our Athens office.
The role offers a rare opportunity to work directly with the CEO Office on a wide range of business AI and ML projects. You will identify and help prioritise areas where AI can drive significant, tangible business benefits supporting functions including Finance, Sales, and Operations. You will turn ideas into project plans, technical specifications and personally develop rapid proof-of-concept implementations using your strong technical skillset.
The role will also have the opportunity to consult across the wider business on best practice and other projects, and drive thoughtful adoption of AI/ML.
Duties
Work directly with the CEO and other senior leaders to identify and prioritise areas where AI and ML can drive significant business benefit, particularly in functions such as Finance, Sales, and Operations
Build a roadmap for AI/ML in this area
Develop projects from idea into proof-of-concept working solutions quickly and pragmatically
Effectively communicate with senior leaders on technical topics, capturing requirements with ease and translating into practical solutions
Work within established AI/ML policy frameworks, observing appropriate guidelines and balancing quick progress against potential risk
