Supply Chain Coordination:Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to align production and purchasing activities with forecasted demand.
Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in customer behavior that may affect demand.
Communication:Communicate regularly with various stakeholders, providing updates on demand forecasts, potential issues, and recommended actions.
Performance Metrics:Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning, such as forecast accuracy and inventory turnover.
