Full Stack .NET Web Developer

Job Description
On behalf of our client, one of the largest IT solutions provider in Greece with a broad clientele worldwide, we are currently looking for a skilled Full Stack .NET Web Developer, to join its software development team.
You will play a crucial role in the maintenance and upgrades of our Operating Management System (OMS) application. The current application is written in classic ASP and JScript and we are looking for an individual who can seamlessly transition it to a more modern and scalable environment using .NET / C#.
Your day-to-day
- Conduct regular maintenance activities to ensure smooth operation of the existing OMS application
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks, bugs and other technical issues
- Collaborate with the development team to plan and execute the migration of the OMS application from classic ASP / JScript to .NET / C#
- Ensure a seamless transition without compromising data integrity or system functionality
- Review and analyze the existing codebase to understand functionality and dependencies
- Collaborate with other teams to conduct thorough testing and ensure a high level of software quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Full Stack .NET Web Developer with expertise in .NET, C# and MySQL
- Strong background in migrating applications to .NET
- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle and best practices
