Within this framework, we are looking for an agile and highly-motivated Junior Contracting Professional to join a team of future shapers.
The new colleague will work as a member of the Bidding amp; Contracting Team and his/her main responsibilities will be to:
- Contribute to the preparation of Contracts to Customers/Suppliers, focusing on formal requirements compliance, and legal issues (receivable and payable contracts, MOUs, teaming agreements etc.)
- Maintain contract review database, identify contract review process improvements, develop user guidelines, and draft agreement templates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies or relevant Field
- Up to 2 years of relative experience including Contract Management duties
- High sense of professionalism, personal responsibility, accuracy and ethics
- Team Player, as Contracting processes involve co-working with interested stake holders (Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, Implementation, Legal Services, Accounting, Management)
- Ability to formally express contract terms in written, in English or Greek
- Ability to Drive at the initial stage the Contracting process
