IT Project Manager Assistant for ESG-Data Platforms
The Role
The main role of IT Project Manager Assistant is to contribute to the operations of the Global Sustain Digital ESG Services amp; Products Department.
Your contribution to the succession of the team:
- Ensuring smooth operation of the Global Sustain ESG-digitisation related platforms
- Perform platform Updates, Customizations and tests
- Assist in Project management
- Assist in Business Analysis for the integration of specialized clients’ needs
- Assist in Business Development : presentations, meetings with clients (existing and potential), proposals
- Assist in Liaise with the IT partners and other parties
- Run the support line (Call Center/Help Desk)
Your Qualifications amp; Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in an IT related field
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
