Job Description

Advantage FSE is seeking a dedicated and motivated HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR function within our organization, ensuring the success and well-being of our workforce.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling the recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, managing resumes, and updating our CV database.
  • Supporting the onboarding and offboarding process for new hires and departing employees.
  • Assisting in employer branding strategies and activities, such as organizing and participating in career events.
  • Collaborating with the Accounting Department to provide relevant data for payroll preparation.
  • Assisting with benefits administration, including answering employee questions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Supporting HR reporting and data analysis, tracking key HR metrics, and preparing reports for management.
  • Organizing training activities, including conferences, certifications, and other professional development initiatives.
  • Maintaining accurate employee files and acting as the point of contact for HR-related requests.
  • Participating in team bonding activities and organizing HR corporate events.
  • Contributing to internal communication tools, such as the SharePoint page and internal newsletter.
  • Assisting in corporate social responsibility events and building relationships with partners.
  • Supporting other ad hoc HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Providing general office management and administrative support, including handling expenses and travel arrangements.

Requirements

We are looking for an HR professional who is enthusiastic about the field and possesses the following qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Up to 1 year of prior HR experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
  • Ability to multitask, detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Publisher.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Tik-Tok.
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential matters.
