We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Data Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work with our clients to design, build, and implement data pipelines and solutions using IBM Cloud Pak for Data. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and security of our data infrastructure while supporting our clients in optimizing their data analytics and machine learning capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in data engineering concepts, including data ingestion, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
- Hands-on experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Data platform and related technologies
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, or Scala
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and database management systems
- Knowledge of big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
- Strong understanding of data governance, data privacy, and data security best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Relevant certifications in IBM Cloud Pak for Data or related technologies are a plus
