iKnowHow S.A is an innovative Software and Robotics company. In just a few years, our partners grew by over 80%, we moved to a new, spacious and modern office, and we started 2024 with many new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software and robotics.

We are currently looking for a Commissioning Manager to work in the robotics department of our company and specifically on our vegetation management robot for PV plants.

Responsibilities

• Be in charge of the commissioning of our robots in the PV plants.
• Lead the commissioning engineering group.
• Provide guidance and training of staff
• Provide expertise and oversight on all missions for start-up and commissioning
• Responsible for project field and jobsite start-up and commissioning operations
• Oversees Startup and Commissioning worldwide for all sectors and is process owner for all policies and procedures associated to department and be in contact with the local PV plant operator.
• Customer support/ticketing platform monitoring and allocation of tasks to team according to the issue recorded
• Design and plan the commissioning phase to match new product features and Software modifications meeting project scope

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in relevant field
• Strong knowledge of commissioning processes and standards.
• Excellent project management and coordination abilities.
• Understanding of engineering principles and systems.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving issues.
• Attention to detail in conducting inspections and tests.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Team leadership and collaboration skills.
• Time management and organisational abilities.
• Risk assessment and mitigation expertise.
• Documentation and reporting capabilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Technical proficiency in relevant tools and technologies.
• Continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
• Adaptability to different project environments and challenges.
• Background in electrical/mechanical engineering
• Knowledge on robotics is considered as a plus
• Experience in solar parks is considered as a plus
