About the Role

The CRM team is part of the Customer Experience team within Customer Services department and owns customers’ post-booking digital communication channels. By streamlining the processes for CRM campaigning, the CRM team optimizes the trip experience for Etraveli Group’s millions of customers, and promotes our business and sales goals.

The Campaign Specialist will join us in launching up-/cross-selling campaigns, transactional messages, retention campaigns, partner/airlines promotions, and many other communications across all the customer journeys for our brands.

The position will be based at our Athens office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Initiate and execute campaigns based on briefs or through personal initiative.
  • Create automated omnichannel campaigns and ensure each customer receives timely, relevant messages that support our business and sales objectives.
  • Actively manage setups on marketing tools, requiring a blend of creative and technical skills.
  • Develop mobile-friendly email templates and enhance them with personalization and advanced features.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to determine the most effective content mix for our customer segments.
  • Improve our communication strategies through A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Analyze campaign performance, recommend enhancements, and provide reports on the sales revenue generated by CRM marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a CRM team, ideally working with campaigns targeting multiple markets.
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Social Studies. Any certification in Digital Marketing courses will be equally appreciated.
  • Previous experience with at least one CDP/ CRM/ Marketing automation tool.
    (ex. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Iterable, Braze etc.)
  • Experience with Oracle Responsys is a significant plus.
  • Experience with Excel and analyzing KPIs.
  • Fundamental understanding of HTML/CSS. Knowledgeable with APIs, SQL amp; dynamic content in emails.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Familiar with Privacy and Data protection directives and requirements (eg. GDPR, CCPA).
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, primarily English-speaking environment, adaptable to continuous changes.

Additionally, we encourage applications from candidates with technical skills (such as tool integrations, website tracking, API connections, familiarity with front-end tech stack, or similar) who are interested in further developing their expertise in Digital Marketing/CRM.
