Job Description

LearnWorlds is on a mission to educate. Our all-in-one platform empowers online trainers, educators and enterprises to create unique, interactive and social learning experiences. A fully customizable, white-label solution to train employees and associates, educate customers or sell online courses to a wide audience.

Learnworlds enables its users to create whole e-learning websites, author online courses, and provides the tools to market amp; sell them both as B2B and B2C products. We have done this through the creation of a cloud based e-learning platform that can be tailored to the users specific needs. Much more than just selling online courses, we have created everything required for a holistic and complete online learning experience; multiple worlds of learning.

Today, LearnWorlds has c.9,000 users in more than 150 countries. Our team of 150 people in more than 13 countries, is fully remote but we also have offices in Limassol, Cyprus and Athens, Greece.

To help us realise our recruitment and sourcing efforts and employer branding initiatives we will need a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Responsibilities
  • Be part of our recruitment efforts esp. for tech related roles
  • Align with People and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and determine selection criteria
  • Know what constitutes and provide an great, high-touch experience for every candidate
  • Source potential candidates on platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github etc. and on social media like (Linkedin)
  • Execute on the full-cycle recruitment process: from writing job descriptions, screening resumes, coordinating assignment reviews, scheduling and conducting interviews to delivering offers
  • Develop a deep understanding of LearnWorlds culture, product, strategic direction, and competitors, and use this knowledge to craft compelling messaging to potential candidates
  • Be an ambassador of LearnWorlds and participate in tech conferences and meetups to network
  • Track hiring metrics and leverage data to facilitate hiring decisions

Requirements

  • BSc in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant field
  • At least 2 years of work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar HR role
  • Work experience with tech positions will be considered a plus
  • Experience in high volume recruitment is a definite plus as well
  • Familiarity with social media, ATSs and professional social networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various sourcing interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek amp; English
