About the role
As a Senior Business Analyst at Dialectica, you will play a vital role in driving business excellence through comprehensive analysis and strategic insights. Your responsibilities encompass serving as a trusted consultant in the realms of finance and overall business performance. What you’ll do
- Conduct thorough business analysis, leveraging analytics to enhance overall productivity and efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance as a finance consultant, supporting decision-making processes with insightful financial expertise.
- Evaluate and analyze proposed structural changes, offering critical insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Spearhead governance initiatives, ensuring the effectiveness of incentive schemes and alignment with organizational goals.
- Champion compliance measures across the company, playing a pivotal role in upholding and enforcing business regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Sciences or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a senior business analyst or similar role, demonstrating expertise in analytics, governance and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of interpreting data to drive business decisions effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of financial principles and practices, coupled with experience in advising on financial and business performance matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to navigate complex business challenges.
- Excellent Fluency in English
- Excellent knowledge of Spreadsheets (excel, gsheet) and powerpoint
