About the Role

As a Business Analysis Intern at Dialectica, you will actively contribute to our incentive scheme governance and business book ownership regulations. Your primary focus will involve conducting quality assurance and control measures within a specific scope of responsibility. You'll play a crucial role in supporting senior analysts, assisting in measuring employee performance through analytics, and providing valuable insights. What you’ll do

  • Ensure compliance and operational efficiency within defined areas, actively participating in the governance of incentive programs.
  • Collaborate with experienced professionals to analyze employee performance data, providing valuable insights to enhance productivity.
  • Gain exposure to financial practices and actively contribute to decision-making processes, supporting the team in financial consultations.
  • Work within a designated scope of responsibility, contributing to maintaining regulatory adherence and enhancing overall quality.

Requirements

  • Holding or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in business analysis, governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and assist in generating meaningful insights.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance and control measures.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute actively to impactful business initiatives.

This is a full time, fixed term contract of 6 months with the possibility of renewal/extension.
