Job Description

Grecotel, the leading hotel chain in Greece, is currently seeking a highly experienced Service Manager to join their team. As a Service Manager at Grecotel, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of service restaurants within the hotel. This includes ensuring exceptional service standards, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

As a Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in upholding this reputation and further elevating the dining experience for guests.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of all service restaurants within the hotel
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering exceptional service
  • Maintain and implement standard operating procedures to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
  • Oversee staffing requirements, including training and performance management
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
